Fresh strawberries, pineapple, grapes, kiwi, and blueberries tossed in a light citrus syrup for a refreshing sweet treat.

# What You Need:

→ Fresh Fruits

01 - 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
02 - 1 cup pineapple, cut into bite-sized pieces
03 - 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
04 - 1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
05 - 1 cup blueberries

→ Citrus Syrup

06 - 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
07 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
08 - 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)

# Directions:

01 - Hull and slice strawberries, cut pineapple into bite-sized pieces, halve the grapes, peel and slice kiwi, and rinse blueberries. Combine all prepared fruits in a large mixing bowl.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together the fresh orange juice, lemon juice, and honey or agave syrup until fully blended and smooth.
03 - Pour the citrus syrup evenly over the fruit mixture. Gently toss all ingredients together until each piece is lightly coated with the dressing.
04 - Serve immediately for the freshest texture, or refrigerate for up to 2 hours to allow flavors to meld. The fruit will release some juices as it chills.

# Top Tips:

01 -
  • The citrus syrup wakes up every single fruit's natural sweetness without being cloying or artificial
  • You can throw it together in 15 minutes flat but it tastes like you spent hours planning it
02 -
  • Mango and bananas will turn this into a completely different dish and they brown quickly so add them right before serving
  • The citrus syrup can be made a day ahead and kept in the fridge, but always dress the fruit right before you're ready to eat
03 -
  • Taste a piece of each fruit before you start cutting so you can adjust the honey based on how sweet everything is naturally
  • Add a pinch of salt to the citrus syrup if your fruits are exceptionally sweet to create that restaurant quality flavor balance
