06 - 1 1/2 cups cold brew coffee, chilled

# Directions:
01 - Place cold heavy cream, chocolate syrup, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt in a mixing bowl.
02 - Using a hand whisk or electric mixer, whip until slightly thickened and soft peaks form. Avoid overwhipping.
03 - Fill two glasses with a generous amount of ice cubes.
04 - Add 3/4 cup of chilled cold brew coffee to each glass.
05 - Gently spoon the whipped chocolate cream over the cold brew, ensuring it floats atop.
06 - Drizzle additional chocolate syrup and sprinkle shaved chocolate or cocoa powder as desired. Serve immediately with a straw.
